This is my virtual cookbook. Here I will post easy to make recipes, party planning ideas, step by step video instructions, crowd pleasers and anything in between. I am not affraid of butter, sugar, or bacon hence the name Forget the Calories. If you gave me a recipe and I post it. It will be named after you. I am also horrible at spelling, so if you are a grammar nerd.. You will be annoyed at an occasional misspelled word or a comma out of place. Other than that. Good Eats!

Tartar Sauce
2 qt Mayo
1 pt sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup black olives chopped
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 large chopped white onion
Juice of 4 lemons
1/2 jar or more of horseradish
