White Bean Chili
Ingredients:
- Cooked Chicken Breasts (Dice or Shred)
- One Can Chicken Broth
- Cilantro (Add as much or as little as you want)
- Green Chilies or Jalapenos
- Navy Beans (one can works if you want more add more beans)
- Onion (one medium)
- Garlic (for taste)
- Cumin (for taste)
- Oregano (for taste)
- Black Pepper (for taste)
- Salt (for taste)
- Lime juice (one whole)
Directions:
- Cook Onion till tender
- Cook Chicken shred or cube when fully cooked.
- Add Broth, white beans, green chilies, cilantro and all your seasonings except lime juice to chicken and onions.
- Cook till sauce begins to thicken. (Usually 25-30 min on med to low heat)
- If the sauce does not start to thicken smash/puree a small portion of the chili. This will thicken it up.
- Squeeze one lime over dish and serve over rice or chips with cheese and sour cream.
